To provide the best experience for all our guests and respect our therapists’ time, we kindly ask that any appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your session: No charge. • Cancellations made within 12 hours of your appointment: A 25% fee of the scheduled service will be charged. • No-shows or missed appointments: Also incur a 100% fee of the scheduled service.
