Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. To provide the best experience for all our guests and respect our therapists’ time, we kindly ask that any appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your session: No charge. • Cancellations made within 12 hours of your appointment: A 25% fee of the scheduled service will be charged. • No-shows or missed appointments: Also incur a 100% fee of the scheduled service.
